Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable Item
Our electronic items are thoroughly tested by professionals before they are shipped, ensuring top-notch quality. Unfortunately, once purchased, our electrical devices are not returnable nor replaced. However, rest assured that they are functionally tested before shipment.
Refund and Return Policy – Except for Electronics Items
We endeavor to offer you high-quality products and services. Please carefully read our Refund & Return Policy to understand our return and refund policies.
1. SHUDDH BHAKTI does not accept returns for internet orders. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. We recommend clients to carefully evaluate their orders before making a purchase. If you have any queries regarding a product, please contact our customer service staff prior to placing your order.
2. Do not accept tampered parcels: Inspect your parcel upon delivery. Do not accept the parcel if it seems to be tampered with or damaged. If you find any signs of tampering, please decline the delivery and notify our customer service.
3. Complaints within 24 Hours: If you get a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer service staff at +91 96462 15979 with the following information:
* Order number • Issue description • Photographs demonstrating the problem
Any complaints received after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Record Parcel Opening Video: To increase security, we recommend clients record a video when opening their parcel. This video can be used as evidence in the event of any anomalies or faults with the delivered merchandise. Please make sure the full unboxing process is clearly evident in the video.
5. Refund or Replacement Process: If your complaint is validated within the stated timeframe, Indume Lifestyle will begin the refund or replacement process. If you request a refund, the payment will be reimbursed to your provided account details within 7 to 10 business days. If you need to replace a damaged goods, the new product will be dispatched within three working days.
